Payments for services are due at the time services are rendered, including for products and labs not specifically covered by insurance. Dr. Lambert does accept Health Savings Accounts (HSA).

Your insurance plan will probably not list Naturopathic Physicians as providers, but reimbursement may be possible. Naturopathic Physicians are covered by most PPO plans as Out-of-Network physicians. Medicare does not cover Naturopathic Medicine.

Patients are encouraged to self-submit and many find some coverage with the following insurance companies (not all inclusive):  Blue Cross Blue Shield, Humana, Aetna, United Health Care, Great Western, Cigna.
